Terms of service
1. Who we are
These terms apply to every order placed on justarun.shop, operated by Get Going, enterprise number 0835929469. "We" and "us" mean that company. "You" means you, buying as a consumer.
2. The order
Putting something in your cart isn't an order. When you complete checkout you're making us an offer to buy. The contract exists when we accept it — that's the order confirmation email we send you, and it's the moment your shirt goes into production.
Very occasionally we won't be able to accept: a design withdrawn, a garment discontinued, or a price that was obviously wrong. If that happens we'll tell you and refund you in full, and neither of us owes the other anything further.
3. Prices
All prices are in euro and include 21% Belgian VAT. Shipping is shown separately at checkout before you pay. The price that counts is the one displayed when you place your order.
4. Payment
We accept Bancontact, the major payment cards, and the wallet options shown at checkout. Payment is processed by Shopify Payments. We never see or store your card details. Your order goes into production once payment is confirmed.
5. Printing and delivery
Every shirt is printed to order by our fulfilment partner in Europe. Production and delivery times are on our Shipping page, and we'll deliver within 30 days of your order at the latest — if we can't, you can cancel and we'll refund you in full. Risk passes to you when the parcel is delivered to the address you gave us.
Printed colours can differ slightly from what you see on screen, and garment-dyed cotton varies a little between batches. That's the nature of the product rather than a fault.
6. Changing your mind
You have 14 days to cancel, for any reason. The full conditions, including who pays return postage, are on our Returns page, which forms part of these terms.
7. If the product is faulty
Separately from your right to change your mind, you have a two-year legal guarantee under Belgian law. If an item was faulty or not as described when we sold it to you, you're entitled to a repair, a replacement or a refund. This applies whether or not the 14 days have passed, and nothing in these terms limits it. You don't have to report a fault within any particular window we've invented — the statutory period is the only one that applies.
Normal wear, damage from misuse, and fading from washing at the wrong temperature aren't faults. Care instructions come with every shirt.
8. Using our designs
The designs, artwork, photographs and text on this site belong to us. Buying a shirt gets you the shirt. It doesn't get you the right to reproduce the design, print it yourself, or resell it commercially.
9. Your account and your data
You don't need an account to order. How we handle your personal data is set out in our Privacy policy.
10. Things we're not liable for
We're responsible for delivering what you ordered, in the condition described. We're not liable for indirect losses — a shirt arriving after the race you wanted to wear it to, for example. Nothing here limits our liability for death, personal injury, fraud, or anything else that can't be limited in law, and none of it affects your statutory rights as a consumer.
11. Complaints
Email hello@justarun.shop. We answer every message ourselves and we'd rather fix something than argue about it. If we can't agree, the Belgian Consumer Mediation Service is on our Legal details page.
12. Who can order
You need to be 18 or over to order from us. If you're younger, ask whoever's responsible for you to place the order.
13. When something is genuinely out of our hands
If something outside our control stops us delivering, a strike at the carrier, a fire or breakdown at the print facility, a failure of the power or telecoms network, we'll tell you as soon as we know, and you can cancel for a full refund. Beyond that refund we're not liable, and we won't hide behind this clause for anything we could reasonably have prevented.
14. If part of these terms doesn't hold
If any part of these terms turns out to be unenforceable, the rest still applies. If we don't enforce something straight away, that doesn't mean we've given up the right to.
15. Which language counts
These terms exist in Dutch and in English. The Dutch version is the one that applies to your order. The English version is a translation, provided for convenience, if the two ever say different things, the Dutch text is the one that counts.
16. Law and jurisdiction
Belgian law applies. If you live elsewhere in the EU, you keep the protections that are mandatory in your own country — this clause doesn't take those away.
If we ever have to bring a claim against you, we do it in the courts where you live. If you bring one against us, you can choose: the courts where you live, or the Belgian courts. We're not going to make you travel to argue about a shirt.
17. Changes
We may update these terms. The version that applies to your order is the one published when you placed it.
