Published in accordance with Book XII of the Belgian Code of Economic Law and Directive 2000/31/EC on electronic commerce.
Just a Run invites Users to read this notice carefully. It identifies the undertaking operating this website, sets out the conditions on which the website may be used, and states the law applicable to it.
This notice governs the use of the Site. It does not govern the sale of products, which is governed by the Terms and Conditions, the Returns and Right of Withdrawal policy and the Shipping policy. In the event of any inconsistency in relation to a purchase, those documents prevail over this notice.
Article 1 — Definitions
In this notice:

"Just a Run" is a trading name. The contracting party for every sale concluded on the Site is the Seller identified above.
Article 3 — Hosting and technical operation
The Site is hosted and technically operated by Shopify. Orders are printed and dispatched by the Seller's fulfilment partner, established in the European Union, whose identity is communicated on request at hello@justarun.shop.
Article 4 — Personal data and cookies
Personal data collected through the Site is processed in accordance with the Privacy Policy, which sets out the purposes of processing, the legal bases relied on, the recipients of the data, the retention periods applied and the rights available to data subjects.
Cookies are placed in accordance with the choices expressed by the User through the cookie banner. Those choices may be revisited at any time through "Cookie preferences" in the footer of the Site. Cookies which are strictly necessary for the Site to function are placed without consent, as permitted by law.
The supervisory authority competent for the Seller is the Belgian Data Protection Authority (Gegevensbeschermingsautoriteit), Drukpersstraat 35, 1000 Brussels.
Article 5 — Intellectual property
The Seller is the owner of all intellectual property rights in the Site and in the material published on it, or uses that material under licence. This includes the designs, artwork, photographs, text, layout, trade marks and databases, which are protected under Belgian and European law.
The purchase of a product confers ownership of that product alone. It confers no right to reproduce, distribute, adapt, communicate to the public or commercially exploit any design or other protected element, in any medium, without the prior written consent of the Seller.
Article 6 — Availability of the Site
The Seller takes reasonable measures to keep the Site available and its content accurate, but does not warrant uninterrupted or error-free access. Access may be suspended without notice for reasons of maintenance, security or technical necessity.
Nothing in this article limits the Seller's obligations in respect of orders already accepted, nor the statutory rights of the Consumer, which are set out in the Terms and Conditions and in the Returns and Right of Withdrawal policy.
Article 7 — Hypertext links
The Site may contain links to websites operated by third parties. Such links are provided for the convenience of the User. The Seller exercises no control over those websites and accepts no responsibility for their content or for the conditions on which they are offered.
Article 8 — Applicable law and jurisdiction
The Site and this notice are governed by Belgian law. A Consumer resident in another Member State of the European Union retains the protection afforded by the mandatory provisions of the law of that State.
Proceedings brought by the Seller against a Consumer are brought before the courts of the Consumer's domicile. A Consumer may bring proceedings against the Seller before the courts of that Consumer's domicile or before the competent Belgian courts.
Article 9 — Complaints and out-of-court settlement
Complaints are dealt with in the first instance by the Seller, at hello@justarun.shop. Where a complaint cannot be resolved between the parties, the Consumer may refer the matter to the Consumer Mediation Service (Consumentenombudsdienst / Service de médiation pour le consommateur), North Gate II, Koning Albert II-laan 8 box 1, 1000 Brussels, consumerombudsman.be.
Recourse to mediation is optional and does not affect the right of the Consumer to bring proceedings before the courts.
Article 10 — Modification of this notice
This notice may be modified. The version in force is the version published on this page, identified by the version number and date below. The version applicable to a purchase is the version in force on the date the order was placed.
