Cookies
A cookie is a small file that a website leaves on your computer, tablet or phone through your browser. It lets the site remember things between one page and the next, that your cart has two shirts in it, that you're logged in, that you already answered the cookie question.
Some cookies are ours. Some belong to companies whose tools we use. This page lists all of them.
The ones we can't do without
These make the shop work. Without them there's no cart, no checkout and no way to remember what you chose about the others. We set them without asking, because a shop that can't remember your basket isn't a shop.
| Cookie | What it does |
|---|---|
| cart, cart_ts, cart_ver | Remembers what's in your basket |
| _secure_session_id | Keeps your checkout secure from one step to the next |
| _tracking_consent, _cmp_a | Remembers your answer to the cookie banner, so we don't ask again |
| _shopify_essential | Runs the core shop functions |
The ones that count visits
These tell us how many people came, which pages they read and where they gave up. We use it to make the shop less annoying. They only run if you said yes.
| Cookie | What it does |
|---|---|
| _shopify_y, _shopify_s | Counts visits and sessions so we can see what's working |
| omnisend | Marketing automation |
The ones for advertising
We advertise on Meta — Facebook and Instagram. These cookies let us see whether an ad led to an order, and let Meta show our shirts to people who look like the people who already like them. They only run if you said yes, and if you said no, nothing here is set.
| Cookie | What it does |
|---|---|
| _fbp | Meta pixel — connects a visit to an ad |
| fbc / fbclid | Records which ad you clicked to get here |
Changing your mind
Click Cookie preferences at the bottom of any page. Turn things off, turn them back on, as often as you like. Saying no costs you nothing — the shop works exactly the same, we just know less about how it went.
You can also clear or block cookies in your own browser. Every browser does it slightly differently; look for "cookies" or "site data" in its settings or privacy menu. Blocking the essential ones will break the cart, which is a fair trade only if you weren't planning to buy anything.
Where the rest of it is
What we do with the data these cookies collect, who receives it, how long we keep it, what you can ask us to do about it, is in our privacy policy.
