What it costs

The Shipping cost is calculated during checkout. Free on orders over €50.

How long it takes

Two things happen, and it's worth knowing they're separate.

Printing: Two to three business days. Your shirt doesn't exist until you order it and nothing sits in a warehouse waiting. That's deliberate, and it's why nothing gets thrown away unsold.

Delivery: It varies from 2 to 4 business days, once it leaves the print facility. You'll get a tracking link when it ships.

The longest we'll take

Thirty days, at the very outside. If your order hasn't arrived within 30 days of purchase, you can cancel it and we'll refund you in full. That's your right in law, not a favour, and in practice we'd have contacted you long before then.

Where it's printed

Your order is printed and shipped by our fulfilment partner, from their European facility. Nothing crosses a customs border on its way to you, so there are no import charges.

Wrong address

We ship to the address you give us at checkout. If it's wrong, email hello@justarun.shop as fast as you can. We can usually change it before printing starts, but not after. If a parcel comes back to us because the address was wrong, we'll resend it once you've paid the postage again.
